Hello All-

I am seeking any information from anyone that knows:
(1) about the relationship or contract [if any] between CSX and
Goodyear Tire Co. to service/replace and/or repair its Goodyear tires
that are utilized, for instance, on backhoes including, but not limited
to, (a)is it a national agreement, i.e., are Goodyear tires used in all
the CSX operating states?; (b) who at CSX would be the person that
would negotiate for CSX with Goodyear on tire purchase and (c)service
"after the sale", if any, topics;

(2) Is there any studies that CSX did/does and/or that they rely upon
for working in the heat and protection of its MofW workers;

(3) What is the CSX policy (if there is one) on working conditions
(regarding heat exposure) it will allow its MofW workers to be exposed
to?

If anyone has this knowledge, I would prefer to use my email to receive
this information at sgordon@gordon-elias.com instead of a response to
this post and I would be extremely grateful to anyone that can shed
some light on these issues. You obviously do not need to give your name
to me. Thank you all for what you do.

A supervisor at the engine house in Waycross was caught a while back
forging mechanics names on work packets by J.N and S.B, L.D was sent
back to his craft for 30 days and then moved him right back up. LD has
made pipefitters dump engine water on the ground instead of over the
drip pans, RS has emptied ecology tanks on the ground, all that oil
soaking in the ground what a place to work. They should fire all of
them

5 guys I know who retired last year went down to Daytona for bike week
this year. They all rode their scooters which now a days are pretty
impressive with 500cc to 650cc motors. I bet they looked impressive
riding up to the Deadwood Saloon.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Scooters are now turn and GO. They cruise on the Interstate at or above
the legal limit. Comfortable, no shifting, reliable, quiet and
reasonable priced. Most think they are kinda Queer, until they see the
performance. 50cc Aprilia will run 50mph around town all day. That is
fast, and a fact. 100mpg to boot

The BMW full dresser has everything on it except a pocket pussy which
would help seeing HD's might be slow but women love them. The BMW
dresser is one of the ugliest motorcycles I've ever seen looks like a
pregant pear even the color sucks. But I've always heard if you ride
one it's an experience that would change your mind. The nearest
dealer
is around 70 miles I don't that will happen

I do not sell them just ride them. Drive the 70 and ride that ugly
thing and see. they run like an electric bike with a big ass battery.
smooth quiet, and they handle like nothing else. Image they have none,
you might find a nice BMW hat, Clue-- buy that from the car dealer for
12 bucks. The BMW boys do not do the show and shine. I love dropping by
the Harley shop for free Hamburgers, and Hot dogs. Heck they kinda like
me a little, but not very much.

I'm glad to see I have some fans on this site. It makes me feel
appreciated. Let's see there's a lull in anything being posted that
is significant. Theres must still be a lull you idiots didn't post
anything. Apparently you morons seemed to like getting your mouths
washed out with soap when you were young with the filthy language.
Mommy and daddy must of believed in time outs instead of beating your
arse when you were young. Which would have given you some manners. Grow
up you two must be part of those whiney snot nosed bastards that cry
over spilled milk. Definitely part of the "Why" generation. Why does
RRJ like taking about motorcycles? Why does he have one and I don't?
Why does he get to work all the good jobs? Why? Why? Why? I think I've
made my point.

If you get the chance to see Jesse James of (West Coast Choppers) ride
in the artic on his new TV show. Please note the BMW. I think the name
of the show Is (Jesse is a dead man) or something like that.

His 1st few shows really stink, and this one is no better. However this
might be the first time for him on a real bike that performs. He did not
do to well with the nitrous drag bike, but who could????

The BMW that he is riding is not only ugly but cost around 17k. However
it will run the interstate with any bike, pass most easily on the
street, and kill many on gravel and dirt roads. It is the best of on
road and off road and touring that is now in production, at half the
price of a chrome harley. when I started riding I felt that I needed 3
bikes= 1 for around town, 1 for dirt, and 1 for trips. never could
affort 3. Now it is available 49 years later.

Triumphs are a British motorcycle. They've been around since 1902. They
make the biggest production motorcycle The Rocket III which has a 2300cc
liquid cooled engine. Some famous people have rode Triumphs like Bob
Dylan, Steve McQueen, T E Lawrence better known as Lawrence of Arabia
to name a few. Back in the '50s thru the '70s motorcycles like
Triumphs, BSA, Norton, in the '70s the Honda 750 was preferred over a
Harley Davidson. They were more reliable.

I know all about Vespa's. A good friend who rides an Italian
motorcycle called a Moto Guzzi owns about 5 old Vespa's which range
from 50cc to 200cc. He still rides scooters like the Aprilia. Scooters
have become popular. Reminds me of back in the sixties when Honda sold
the 50cc with a slogan "You meet the nicest people on a Honda".

does anyone have a phone number of an FRA AGENT in Georiga, I had an
injury requiring surgery, and was told at my investigation during a
break, that if I only reported one injury, the plant manager would have
a talk with me when I got back to work, making me think I would keep my
job, but they fired me anyway. They only reported one injury and showed
the second injury as non reportable
