The yardmaster's contract specificly says that the yardmaster is a
supervisor. Yard Foreman follow his orders in the same way that
brakeman and engineers follow the conductor's orders.If you are not
ordered to violate a rule or make an unsafe move you have to followe
the YMs instructions.
